Description

Key Role:
Provide program management support to Navy Program Executive Offices (PEO). Interface directly with senior acquisition and contracts leadership for the development and execution of a metrics-based review process. Support the NAVSEA Headquarters arena and provide support to similar processes in the Warfare Centers. Display experience with acquisition and government contracts and apply excellent oral and written communication skills in support of meetings and briefings. Support the development, updating, and oversight of a metrics program to assist with measuring management efficiencies in program and financial execution, workforce management, and Program Office and PEO alignment with fleet enterprises. Support the improvement of program risk management and contracting practices throughout the acquisition life-cycle, including developing processes and basic training.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with project or program management -5+ years of experience with metrics development and analysis -Secret clearance  -BA or BS degree   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
