Description

The Director, Networking and Cyber Programs is responsible for shaping strategy, analysis, and execution for technology-based company pursuits and programs and reports to the Vice President, Missile, Technology and Space (MTS) Programs. The position is directly responsible for developing and maintaining a working relationship with senior members of the Cyber community and acts as Northrop Grummans principal in support of ongoing programs, marketing efforts, and future corporate business ventures/programs with this customer community. The position assists with the formulation of customer Cyber and networking programs, winning strategic IT programs that create growth opportunities and developing new customer relationships. The position establishes and maintains close working relationships with key Executive branch officials, non-government officials, Members of Congress, and congressional staff members to support corporate and business area programs and ensure consistent messages are delivered. The position maintains awareness of Sector priority programs and supports corporate organizations in the development of their strategic, business and operational plans as well as development of the strategies and plans necessary to create technology discriminators for new business. Basic Qualifications: BS/BA Degree or equivalent is required, advanced degree desired, plus 15 years of applicable experience. Prior experience and interface with the intelligence community, military and homeland security organizations is valuable. Candidate must have the ability to get a TS/SCI clearance. No relocation assistance is available for this position. Security Clearance Required.
